Heritage Leadership Structure
Overview & Explanations
Our church leadership is made up of three governing teams:
Leadership Team
The Leadership Team consists of members of the congregation who provide general oversight of the church with special attention to our financial and ethical decisions.
Pastor Advisory Council
Our Pastor Advisory Council is made up of mature and trusted leaders of our church. Their job is to provide encouragement and accountability to our lead pastor. They meet regularly to evaluate his spiritual, relational, emotional, physical, and financial health.
Executive Staff Team
The Executive Staff Team is led by Pastor Mark. This team oversees the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church. These staff pastors serve the congregation and are responsible for the development of the spiritual life of the church.
