The Executive Staff Team (EST) functions as a plurality of leaders with Mark Cunningham serving as the “first among equals” in the lead pastor role. Members of the EST oversee all ministry areas of the church and  lead day to day operations.

Our Pastor Advisory Council (PAC Team) is made up of mature and trusted leaders of our church. Their job is to provide encouragement and accountability to our lead pastor. They meet regularly to evaluate his spiritual, relational, emotional, physical, and financial health.
